Founded in the 1970s, Your Health Store originated as a market stall in the old Lancaster market under the name Health n Brew before moving onto the high street in April 2009. Located within the health retail sector, Your Health Store supplies vitamins, supplements, natural body care, herbal products, health foods, home brewing and sports nutrition. We also have a therapy room (The Health Room) on the top floor providing sports massage, alternative medicine, holistic therapies and TCM.
