I asked Heath to remove some large wooden cupboard doors so they could be painted and then reattach them. He removed the doors, but when it came to put them back on he made a total mess of it. They wouldn't open properly and there were gaps down the sides. Unfortunately I was at work when he did it, so I wasn't able to see what he had done until after he'd been paid and gone. When I called him back to say I wasn't happy, he refused to discuss it and hung up. He charged a lot of money for very sub-standard work.
Rude
I've never before met a man so rude. He tried to scam us out of £280 for a van key we never touched. I'm utterly appalled by his behaviour and his attitude towards my family.
